Two Amazon executives quit within 1 year

✈️ 2nd to leave - Vaishali Kasture, head of AWS India, has quit after only 7 months in the job. She worked in Amazon for 5 years in total as the leader of commercial business at AWS India. There is still no released or confirmed reason behind it this departure.
⛵️ Jumping ship - Amazon India also lost another executive before Vaishali: Puneet Chandok. Puneet originally switched jobs to join a high level position at Microsoft India.
☁️ Cloud money - Both executives left the company despite Amazon’s plan to invest $12.7 billion to build cloud infrastructure in India by 2030. The investment was meant to contribute $23 billion to India’s GDP by 2039
“In addition to investments in infrastructure and services, we are also investing in people and skilling and AWS has trained over 4 million people in India through various education and training programs.”
