TikTok wants its own fulfillment center

🏭️ New moves: TikTok is trying to get its own fulfillment center that could let it store, pick, pack and ship products from its popular TikTok shop.

📦️ Some details: Specifically, it wants international warehousing (for storing at the global level), customs clearings (for the procedure behind import/export) and supply chain systems (for the distribution). Part of its logistics could also be outsourced to companies like Shipbob and Newegg.

Sellers would love this move:

• 🧠 TikTok products are remembered more by 40%

• 🌎️ TikTok has 2.7 billion downloads

It’s not all good though. TikTok Shop was recently banned in Indonesia and most US citizens hate the app too.
