Shopee Live witnessed an unprecedented surge during the 12.12 Sale, reporting a staggering 50-fold increase in orders.

In a whirlwind of sales activity, Shopee Live recorded a remarkable feat of selling 12 million items within a mere two minutes.

The surge in local buyers, peaking at a remarkable 46x higher than usual, is attributed to various factors, including the festive spirit driving holiday purchases, gift-giving trends, and a growing inclination towards self-indulgent shopping experiences.

Among the array of products, Home & Living emerged as the top-selling category, boasting a 5x increase in purchases, closely followed by Women’s Apparel and Mobile Accessories.

Noteworthy among the success stories were top-performing brands that dominated the platform-wide orders, including Uni-Care, Maybelline, and Issy & Co. Further highlighting the vitality of Shopee Live, o.two.o.ph, Uni-Care, and Lovito.ph secured the highest number of orders within Shopee Live.
