FedEx Philippines now offers self collection

🇵🇭 Pick up point: Filipinos now have the option to pick up their own packages thanks to FedEx. This gives buyers more flexibility on how they want to receive their packages.

How it works:

• 🚉 FedEx packages has self collection points at any of the 19 stations of LRT Line 1 (each has 66 lockers)

• 📦️FedEx Authorized ShipCenter also expanded, where customers can drop off packages at 792 2GO outlets, 335 SM Business Centers and 25 Alfamart

• 💰️ These have no extra charges

❓️ What it is: Chargeback fraud is when a customer disputes directly to the bank or card issuer instead of the merchant. This allows the customer to get a refund while still keeping the merchandise

🛍️Unbothered: Despite India gaining 125 million online shoppers in the past 3 years, offline shops continue to dominate and are unfazed by the rise of online shopping.

A NeoGrowth survey of 3000 Indian retailers from 25 cities revealed that:

• 🛒 Only 18% say that sales have been impacted by online selling platforms

• 👕 Ecommerce had the least impact on FMCG and retail, F&B and Consumer Durables and electronics

• 💵 90% of shops make most of their sales offline

• 📱 Online shopping only jumps during sales and discounts, where 35% only buy during this time
