Company emails customer: “We had to scam you”

🌊 In hot water: Delusion MFG is a US based accused of not shipping products bought online. In a viral reddit post, the original poster claims that their order has been pending for several months beforehand when they received the email from Delusion.

👻 Another one bites the dust: Another reddit user named Jalan also came forward stating that their orders for personalized beanies took months to fulfill, only to have the order be wrong when it finally arrived. Delusion MFG ghosted Jalan afterwards as well, only sending an email that contained the same message.

📣 Let our response be: Other internet users started tagging the supposed CEO in the comments. The company’s CEO, Robert Idell, responded to the allegations stating that “he has not been involved in the business for a year”.
