73% of Gen Z and Millenials would buy from small businesses if they were more convenient

A study by GoDaddy, a webpage hosting company, released a poll to see whether small business and buyers agree with how they see each other

Here are some of the findings from the survey:

• 🏪 Only 21% of customers feel that shopping at small businesses is convenient

• 🛒 73% of Gen Z and 75% Millenials would buy from small businesses if they were more convenient

• 💳️ 75% of Gen Z and 82% of Millenials think Tap to Pay is important

• 🛍️ 73% of Gen Z and 83% of Millenials want “Buy Online, Pick Up in Store” options

• 📦️ 90% want free shipping

• 📖 60% are more likely to buy if small businesses share personal stories
